Tomato, fig & serrano ham salad
Serves: 4 · AOVE: Balcón del Sur

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 6 fresh figs
  • 100 g serrano ham
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • Fresh mint
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Slice tomatoes on a platter.
  2. Dress with EVOO, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Add ham, crumbled feta and quartered figs.
  4. Garnish with mint and extra olive oil.
