Our olive oils are subject to quality controls in all phases of the production process.

We take great care in collecting the fruit, transporting it, grinding it on the same day of collection, as well as storing and packaging the final product.

PHASES OF THE PREPARATION PROCESS

OLIVE HARVESTING

We only collect the olives directly from the tree, discarding those that are on the ground and choosing only the fruit that is healthy.

We immediately transport it to the oil mill, in appropriate vehicles, without allowing the fruit to ferment.

RECEPTION

The same as it is collected, the olive is received at the oil mill to go, once cleaned, directly to grinding.

EXTRACTION

Without using chemical procedures in any case, we obtain a pure and natural olive juice.

STORAGE

So that the oil settles, it is stored in stainless steel drums perfectly adapted for this purpose.

PACKING

Ensuring that the product reaches the consumer in perfect condition.
