Our lands are located in the south of Andalusia, a different Andalusia, embraced by mountains and abundant water, which make up a surprising environment.

OUR MAIN VARIETIES

HOJIBLANCA

This olive produces oils with a fresh fruity smell and fruit aromas. They are oils of intense green or golden color, with a lot of personality and rich aromas and some bitter nuances.

Reminiscent of fresh grass, notes of almond and slight itching in the mouth.

PICUDO

With the picudo variety we achieve an oil of unbeatable balance and harmony. It produces light flavors and aromas that are reminiscent of exotic fruits, as well as tomato, apple or even almond.

It is a sweet and fruity oil with many nuances. Little bitter, it has an intense fruity flavor.

PICUAL

This variety offers a large amount of natural antioxidants and a high polyphenol content, achieving a very stable oil.

The oils produced are normally bitter and have a "fresh" and pleasant flavor. Its intensity enhances the flavor of many dishes.

ARBEQUINA

They are oils that are very bitter and stinging, very soft. They present aromas of ripe fruits.

They are delicate oils, somewhat sweet and with almond touches.
